The University interacts actively with international organizations in organization of educational programs.
The University is a member of the European Associations of schools realizing the training of staff for fire and rescue services - European Fire Service Colleges’Association (EFSCA).
The University was awarded with gold and silver commemorative EFSCA medals for the achievements in the field of fire education development and cooperation.
UCP conducts joint training on short-term courses with Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO)
Living conditions for foreign students
There is a youth hostel on the territory of The University. Four to five students share one room there. The rooms are equipped with all necessary for comfortable living and getting ready for studies. Sanitary facilities are divided. There are rooms for self-studies, for the rest, catering room.
How to Apply
Foreign citizens are admitted without entrance examinations on the basis of contracts and the results of interview determining the level of the Russian language mastering (in other cases foreign applicants can attend preparatory courses at the University within 9 months before applying).
Foreign citizens are admitted to the University after an obligatory medical examination which proves that applicants have no health restrictions to study in the Republic of Belarus.
Foreign applicants should submit the following documents to the selection committee:
application for education admission;
document indicating studied subjects and received marks (points);
medical certificate issued by the territorial public health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after having passed an obligatory medical examination);
medical health certificate conclusion and the certificate of absence of HIV infection, issued by the public health authority of the country which the applicant has come from;
copy of birth certificate certified as required by the law;
6 photos of 3x4 cm;
The above-mentioned documents in a foreign language should be submitted with the notarized translation in the Russian or Belorussian language.
Not later than October, 15 the above mentioned documents should be submitted to the admission commission of the University.

Cultural life
The cultural life is aimed at providing personal, intellectual, spiritual, cultural and professional growth of students', their social formation, as well as creating conditions for the development of their creativity and initiative. Students have an opportunity to attend different sport sections.
